Egglescliffe Area Residents’ Association (EARA) are holding their annual food bank collection on behalf of The Salvation Army. The event will take place inside Egglescliffe Parish Hall, Butts Lane, Egglescliffe, TS16 9BU, on Thursday 13th November 2025, between 8.00am and 4.00pm. Egglescliffe Parish Hall Association (EPHA) have once again kindly allowed EARA to use their hall as a collection point, and for this we are extremely grateful.

As with previous years, volunteers will be inside the Parish Hall to receive your donations, after which, we will transport them to The Salvation Army premises in Stockton.

The type of goods we are looking to collect are non-perishable foods like canned goods and dried pasta, and non-food items including toiletries, household items and baby products.

The Salvation Army Food Bank, on Palmerston Street, Stockton, provide emergency parcels for some of the most vulnerable families across the Borough, and we have been proud to be able to support this worthwhile cause. If you are able to help EARA provide the above products to The Salvation Army, we look forward to your donations.

Egglescliffe Area Residents’ Association (EARA) are holding a ‘Murder Mystery Night’ at Egglescliffe Parish Hall, Butts Lane, Egglescliffe, on Saturday 13th December 2025. The event will start prompt at 7.30pm, so we ask that guests arrive early. Local actors from The Cliffe Theatre will be undertaking this event in support of EARA and we know it will be an exciting and entertaining event.

Tickets for the night are £15.00 per person, which includes pie and peas during the interval. We would ask that you let EARA members know of any dietary requirements you or your guests have, so we can endeavour to accommodate them on the night. There will be no bar available on-site, so we ask that you bring your own drinks and glasses to the event.

To ensure that you and your guests are seated together, we will draw up a seating plan for the evening.

Tickets can be bought by contacting EARA members at egglescliffeara@gmail.com, or by contacting:
